Why wood fibre wins
Everything you want in a board — nothing you don't
Engineered to outlast wood, outclass plastic and never give you a cracked, mouldy board again.
Dishwasher safe
Toss it in after dinner — no hand-washing, no fuss.
Lighter & tougher
Won't break, split or warp like a heavy wooden board.
Bacteria-resistant
A non-porous surface gives bacteria nowhere to grow.
Formaldehyde-free
Bound with food-grade resin, free from harmful chemicals.
The safer swap
The best of both worlds — without the plastic problem
Solid wood boards are heavy, split over time and can't go in the dishwasher. Plastic boards are slim and convenient — but they shed microplastics into your food. Pine wood fibre bridges the gap: FSC-certified pine, compressed and bound with food-grade resin, so it's slim and dishwasher-safe like plastic, but tough and clean like real wood — and free from formaldehyde and harmful chemicals.

Can you put wood chopping boards in the dishwasher?
Most solid wood boards will warp or crack in the dishwasher but ours won't! The compressed pine wood and resin construction makes them fully dishwasher safe. Just dry upright before storing and avoid leaving them in direct sunlight or near heat sources.
Are wood fibre chopping boards safer than plastic for microplastics?
YEET LINK Significantly safer, yes, though worth being transparent about. Standard plastic boards are known to shed large amounts of microplastics into food. Our boards are 80% FSC-certified pine wood, which dramatically reduces that risk. The remaining 20% is a food-grade resin (certified free from formaldehyde), which as a polymer can technically shed some microplastics - but far less than a conventional plastic board.
